Properly mixed, applied and cured stucco is durable, maintains its rigidness through harsh wind and weather, and is pest resistant, fire resistant and non-toxic. It helps insulate, making it an ideal exterior option to lower your heating and cooling bills. And choosing stucco on interior walls can also help to significantly reduce noise pollution.
With all of this said stucco is truly an art form that requires precision and experience every step of the way. An unfortunate reality is that there may be little difference between a poor quality stucco project and a high quality one in the first few months after being completed. But the quality will surely present itself with time as cracks, discoloration or mold can appear. Our journeymen are trained to specific techniques and are able to detect and prevent potential issues before they arise.
At Amen, we have formulated a precise well-balanced blend to avoid cracking, mold and mildew. We mix our stucco to create a surface that is strong and durable, yet flexible enough to handle the inevitable foundation shifts over time.
We are experienced in External Insulation and Finishing Systems (EIFS), Hard Coat Systems and Hybrid Systems, so we are able to recommend and implement whichever application system is right for you.
Outside of function, the aesthetic appeal of our stucco is unmatched. We are able to custom mix any color, and we are experts in swirl texture, sand-pebble and custom skip trough to achieve any look imaginable. We are also able to match any color to repair hairline cracks in older or improperly installed stucco.
